everyone's favourite time of year, but
Virére wants to warm up our readers
with this "laslap kombers" issue. When I
think about winter the excitement of the
colours and the idea of good old
fashioned one pot stews and soups gets
me going. There is nothing like the
homely smell of warm bread, lathered in
salty butter and dunked into a thick
warm seasonal vegetable soup. This is
the feeling we tried to capture for you
visually with this issue. Thank you to our
