Cut the bottom of the bottle of using the knife.
2
Drill holes in the caps of the bottles. The holes
should be just big enough for the threaded
tube to fit through. Screw the tube through the
bottle caps and use the nuts to secure the

bottle tops.
3
Screw the bottles into the bottle tops.
4
Use the long screws to stabalise the bottles.

Mix the concrete (¼ of the concrete mix was
enough for one lamp) and fill the mold. Shake
the mold every so often to make sure the
concrete settles and doesn't leave air bubbles.
Place the mold, upright, in a tin or container
and leave to dry.

Once completely dry, remove the screws and
the bottles from the mold. It helps to heat the
bottles slightly, making them softer and easier
6
to pull out with pliers. Either use a hairdryer of
place it in hot water for a few seconds. Sand

your lamp to smooth down any rough edges.

Connect the switch to the cord and thread the
wire through the tube connecting the socket
and the plug. I finished off the lamp by
7
threading the electrical cord through a
wooden shelf bracket and attaching the
bracket to the wall.
