Irene School of Garden Design students brighten up the start of planting season with 2 show gardens at
the Plantland nurseries and one large scale display for the Malanseuns trade day show. Students have
designed gardens to the value of R400 000, during the year of 2017. This wonderful opportunity helps the
Malanseuns and Plantland group display what clients can do in their own garden, whilst realizing the
students of the Irene School of Garden Designs' interesting and inspiring design ideas. The first team to
kick off the spring range of gardens consisted of Karen Hall, Tanya Pienaar and Ruan Herselman, with the
design for a traditional rose and flower garden.
