Good news for everyone is that Irene School of Garden Design in collaboration with Plantland Nurseries will
build an exciting show garden at a Plantland near you every month. That means fresh ideas and a reason
to visit your nearest Plantland throughout the year, giving garden lovers inspirational ideas for every garden
type, and showcasing the plants of every season. The Co-Lab kicked of with the Ful Time students building
at Plantland Cornwall Hill, showcasing how a small contemporary palette of materials and plants can create
a calm, contemporary and relaxed outdoor space with circles. The garden combines crisp plants with some
weathered elements to enhance the feeling of authenticity and homeliness. The team consisted of Karen
Hall, Tanya Pienaar and Ruan Herselman, all of whom are only a third into their studies at ISGD.
