    PAYMENT OPTIONS EXPLAINED
    Option #1: Full upfront
    R5 749 Deposit before course starts, and R27 000 before the end of first month of study.

    Option #2: Easy Three
    Three Payments of R11 200, first payment before course starts, thereafter in 120-day intervals (R283.66 admin fee per payment).

    Option #3: Monthly
    Deposit R3 449 before course starts, thereafter 9 payments of R3 449 p.m. (R174.10 admin fee per payment). All payments due before 28th of each month.

    To validate your registration, send your completed form with your proof of payment and a copy of your ID to: study@gardendesignschool.co.za.

    The deposit is a fee to cover expense pertaining to admin, course material, accounting fees, and preparation for the academic year in terms of intellectual property and venues. The deposit is only refundable should the course not be presented by Irene School of Garden Design due to reasons beyond reasonable control or lack in sufficient numbers. After registration deposit has been received, this document can be cancelled within the 14-day cooling off period, provided the course has not yet started or the course is more than 14 days from starting. After the course has started the deposit and monthly payments are non-refundable. The Irene School of Garden Design cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or any damage of any nature or kind that an enrolled student or visitor may suffer, and students use the properties, parking and facilities at their own risk. The Irene School of Garden Design retains the right to continue a course irrespective of the number of students. The agreed remainder of fees as indicated above must be paid whether the course is attended or not, and enrolment is for the full duration of the course. An additional R200.00 p.m. admin fee will be levied after 60 days of non-payment with or without notice from the payer, until accounts are paid up to date or in full. Cancellation of this agreement during the course can be done, if account/s is paid up to date, then, 1 calendar month written notification is given prior to the chosen cancellation date and the notice month payment is still due as cancellation fee to validate the cancellation. Accounts should preferably be paid by the 28thof each month, but no later than the 5th of the following month, or within 14 days after issued whichever is firstly applicable. All parties to read all the course information documents both online and in print relating to content and accreditation. Irene School of Garden Design is an independent school operating privately and not registered with the Council for Higher Education in RSA. Registration to any Guild/Body is not to the discretion of Irene School of Garden design, but the right of membership is to the Guild/Body’s reserve. Irene School of Garden design is not responsible for any fees payable to any Guild/Body on behalf of students and membership is entirely the responsibility of the students who wish to join a Guild/Body. Students enrolling for the 1-year program should take note that the course consists of two shorter courses and the indicated duration indicated includes holidays, self-study and presentation preparation times. Course material may not be copied, resold, presented in public or privately, to any person who is not enrolled at Irene School of Garden Design and material of any kind or media, remain the intellectual property of the author and/or Irene School of Garden Design. The Comprehensive courses are highly recommended locally by the industry and internationally but is not recognized as a diploma or degree and is not registered as tertiary studies but is referred to in the industry as further, bridging, or self-enrichment type studies. There are applicable minimum requirements for courses such as successful completion and pass rates for assignments and projects to authenticate achievements. Students may not attend classes under the influence of alcohol, drugs of any kind other than that prescribed for medical reasons. Any damages, losses or theft caused by a student to property, intellectual material or venues visited is for the student’s account. The premises, calendar/schedule, materials and class days/times are for most part certain as indicated on documentation, but not fixed, and changes may occur in special circumstances without or without notice, not affecting the above commitment from the student.
