    Full Payment Option: R17 749 for single course or R31 949 for both courses.
    Easy-3 Payment Option (Single Course): Deposit: R6 149. Thereafter 2 payments of R6 149, 60-days and 120-days after deposit. Includes R232.66 admin fee per payment.
    Easy-3 Payment Option (Both Courses): Deposit: R10 749. Thereafter 2 payments of R10749, 90-days and 180-days after deposit. Includes R100 admin fee per payment.

    Terms & Conditions

    The deposit is a fee to cover expense pertaining to admin, course material, accounting fees, and preparation for the academic year in terms of intellectual property and venues if applicable. The deposit is only refundable if 1: should the course not be presented by Irene School of Garden Design due to reasons beyond reasonable control. 2: The agreement has been cancelled in writing within 14 days of date signed upon above, and the course has not yet commenced. If the course content has been shared or course commenced, the deposit is no longer fully refundable. (This is because course content can be downloaded and then a refund requested) The deposit for online courses, per course or complete, is equal to one of the payments as described in the easy 3 payment option above. The Irene School of Garden Design cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or any damage of any nature or kind that an enrolled student or visitor may suffer, and students use the properties, parking, equipment, and facilities at their own risk. The agreed remainder of fees as indicated above, must be paid whether the course is attended/completed/student are actively studying or not, and enrolment is for the full duration of the course. A R250.00 admin fee will be levied monthly for each month of non-payment. If a student who has paid more than two of the easy three payments, or full upfront payment needs the remaining contract to be cancelled due to special circumstances of the student after the course has already commenced: all account/s must at that stage be paid up to date, written notification must be given and delivered, and the fees paid to date are not refundable. All parties to read all the course information documents both online and in print relating to content and accreditation. Irene School of Garden Design is an independent school operating privately and not registered with the Council for Higher Education in RSA. Course material may not be copied, resold, presented in public or privately, to any person who is not enrolled at Irene School of Garden Design and material of any kind or media, remain the intellectual property of the author and/or Irene School of Garden Design. The Comprehensive and hobby courses are highly recommended by the industry but is not recognized as a diploma or degree and is not registered as tertiary studies but is referred to in the industry as further, bridging, or self-enrichment type studies. There are applicable minimum requirements for courses such as successful completion and pass rates for assignments and projects to authenticate achievements. Students may not attend classes under the influence of alcohol, drugs of any kind other than that prescribed for medical reasons. In special circumstances the calendar may be adjusted and shall not affect the payment/s from an enrolled student or classes presented by Irene School of Garden Design. The Irene School of Garden Design is not responsible for or can guarantee that completion of our courses will result in employment, and the use or reference to our name as place of study may only be done so with our permission. Access to the study materials will correlate to the payment method dates chosen. If the complete course is not completed within 16 months, or the chosen 50/50 split courses completed within 12 months, a request for extension needs to be submitted. If an/one extension period is granted (two months for 50/50 split & six months for Complete) it is at the discretion of Irene School of Garden Design, thereafter the course expires, access to material is terminated and all further concerns will be treated as remunerated consultations. Please contact the Irene School of Garden Design well in advance to discuss unforeseen events or circumstances that might lead to late payment, alternative payment arrangements, or extension to the course time frame or submission of design projects. By signing this agreement, permission is given to handle and store personal information given above internally to the Irene School of Garden Design, and to contact students when information need to be communicated. Right of admission reserved.
